Validate and close entries is taking a long time

When we have to close and validate from the pos it takes hours and it still doesn't post please help

Hi. The Validation process might take long depending on the number of transaction you had in the session as this process posts and sorts you transaction on the accounting side. For efficiency, make sure you Validate your sessions regularly, Once a day at least. Thanks
