Hi i have installed the software and when first i run it its open a broswer will localhost address and say it could not connect

Hi. The issue happens when there is a problem with your installation. Uninstall Prys Accounting and also Postgresql then try running the installer again as an administrator. One other thing to note is you have to run on Windows 8.1 or newer as WIndows 7 is no longer supported.
